  1. Do you charge tuition?

    Please contact the preschool for this information.

  2. What is my donation used for?

    The Preschool curriculum is inspired by “Constructivist” priciples which hold that children learn best by doing. Our teachers aim to provide a stimulating environment that inspires children to ask questios and become active learners. Your donation will go toward supplies to provide a challenging and fun environment such as: creative arts, dramatic play, sensory play, manipulatives, science, literature, music & movement.

  3. Do you provide childcare before or after school?

    Not at this time. For the fall semester beginning August 19 the Trinity Preschool will operate from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  4. When does your semester begin and end for the fall and spring?

    Trinity Preschool follows the Harrisburg School District schedule for the first and last days of both the fall and spring semesters.

    For the 2022-23 school year, classes begin on Monday, August 29, 2022 and end on Friday, June 2, 2023

  5. What holidays are the school closed?

     

    Trinity Preschool generally follows the holiday schedule for the Harrisburg School District (this does not include teacher in-service days).

    For the 2022-23 school year the Preschool will be closed for the following holidays/In-service days:

    • September 5 (Labor Day)
    • September 23 (Teacher In-Service Day)
    • October 10 (Indigenous Peoples Day)
    • November 11 (Veterans Day)
    • November 22–25 (Thanksgiving Break)
    • December 22, 23 and 26-30 (Winter Break)
    • January 16 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
    • February 3 (Teacher In-Service Day)
    • February 20 (Presidents Day)
    • March 10 (Teacher In-Service Day)
    • April 6, 7, 10 (Spring Break)
    • April 21 (Eid-al-Fitr)
    • May 29 (Memorial Day)

    Last Day of School is June 2 (Last Student Day)

  6. Does my child need to be toilet trained?

    Yes. All children must be fully toilet trained and in underwear (no pull-ups) prior to being enrolled in the Trinity Preschool.

  7. Does my child have to be immunized?

    Yes. In accordance with instructions from the Department of Human Services, our facility we may not accept or retain a child at the facility for more than 60 days following the first day of attendance at the facility unless the parent provides written verification from a physician, physician’s assistant, CRNP, the Department of Health or a local health department of the dates (month, day and year) the child was administered immunization in accordance with the recommendations of the ACIP (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices).
